AirCARE1 Upgrades Fleet: Now Exclusively Operating Learjet 60 Aircraft

We’re pleased to share some exciting news! AirCARE1 has fully upgraded our fleet to the Learjet 60 aircraft, reinforcing our commitment to providing the highest standard of care and comfort for patients during air ambulance transports. This significant transition marks a pivotal moment in our mission to enhance the quality of service we offer our patients.

Over the past few years, we have focused on transitioning to the Learjet 60, a highly regarded and reliable aircraft in the air ambulance industry. With the latest addition of a new Learjet 60 and the sale of our older Learjet 35, our entire fleet is now equipped with this advanced model. By standardizing operations around the Learjet 60, we’re set to deliver exceptional service and comprehensive support to all patients, ensuring high-quality care and comfort on every flight.

Denise Waye, our President, expressed her enthusiasm: “Streamlining our fleet to the Learjet 60 allows us to operate more efficiently and provide optimal support for every patient during transport. The new aircraft completed its first mission last week and performed beautifully. We are thrilled to be exclusively working with these aircraft.”

Why We Utilize the Learjet 60

The decision to continue to utilize the Learjet 60 for our air ambulance aircraft stems from its excellent safety record, impressive performance, and luxurious interiors. By focusing solely on this aircraft, we can enhance our service offerings and better meet the diverse needs of our patients.

The Learjet 60 boasts impressive cruise performance, capable of climbing to 43,000 feet in under fourteen minutes. The aircraft’s rapid ascent and impressive speed are vital for delivering swift medical transport in critical situations where every moment matters. With a range of up to 2,350 nautical miles, the aircraft offers nonstop service from coast to coast, ensuring that our patients receive timely care, no matter where they are located. Plus, its five-hour flight duration allows for efficient long-distance transport, giving quick access to essential medical services.

In addition to its performance capabilities, the Learjet 60 is designed with patient comfort in mind. The spacious stand-up cabin maximizes comfort and allows family members to accompany patients during transport, fostering emotional support during challenging times. The inclusion of a lavatory adds convenience for passengers on longer flights, making the experience more comfortable.

Our Aircraft as Airborne Intensive Care Units

At AirCARE1, our aircraft function as airborne Intensive Care Units, equipped with the latest medical technology to ensure seamless care from point of origin to destination. The design prioritizes patient care and comfort, enabling our skilled medical team—including a nurse and paramedic—to deliver superior medical attention while ensuring a smooth transport experience. Each flight is staffed by highly trained professionals who are prepared to handle a variety of medical emergencies, providing peace of mind to both patients and their families.

The AirCARE1 Mission

At AirCARE1, our mission is straightforward: always do what is right for our patients. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional care during transport, consistently meeting or exceeding the standards of premier medical facilities. With this fleet upgrade, we are ready to continue providing outstanding service, ensuring that those in need receive the best care possible, wherever they are.

As a premier air ambulance service provider, we are committed to delivering superior medical transport solutions to patients across North America, South America, and Central America. This fleet upgrade is not a change in our operations but an improvement; it’s a testament to our commitment to continuously enhancing the quality of care we provide.

We are excited to see how our exclusive use of the Learjet 60 will allow us to further improve our services. Our team is eager to fully embrace this aircraft, ensuring that every flight is safe, efficient, and comfortable for our patients. As we look to the future, we remain committed to our mission and to making a difference in the lives of the patients we care for.
