At AirCARE1, our passion is to make a difference in the lives of our patients by providing excellent medical care with empathy and compassion. Every detail matters, so we go the extra mile to make the transport experience as positive as possible for patients and their families.
To ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort are met during every medical transport, we fly executive-quality aircraft, that have excellent safety records, efficient performance capabilities, and comfortable interiors.
We maintain a Part135 certificate to operate our fleet of Learjet 60 ambulance aircraft. Proven workhorses in the air ambulance industry, these are the aircraft of choice for air ambulance transports.
With our elite Learjet 60 aircraft, we perform medical transportation flights throughout North America, South America, and Central America as well as wing-to-wing transfers for world-wide repatriations.
Our AirCARE1 Learjet 60 ambulance aircraft have been medically configured to include a full airborne Intensive Care Unit. We utilize a specialized stretcher system and the most up-to-date medical equipment to ensure seamless, quality medical care between the point of origin and destination. Additionally, we utilize a propritary loading system configured to these aircraft allowing for a safer, smoother transition when loading and unloading our patients.
The Learjet is one of the faster and quieter small business jets on the market. We cruise our aircraft over 500 mph at flight levels over 40,000 feet, higher than most other aircraft. The higher altitude ensures a faster and smoother ride above any adverse weather conditions which provides better comfort and peace of mind for our patients. Transporting patients is never easy, and air travel has some inherent risks. The faster we can transport our patients to their destination while reducing any anxieties and stressors of flight, the better their chances are for recovery.
One of the strongest features of the Learjet 60 is its cruise performance. The Learjet 60 can climb to its cruise level of 43,000 feet in less than fourteen minutes, with a total duration of five to five-and-a-half hours. With its nonstop service from coast to coast, this aircraft provides the greatest range and comfort for patients. In addition, the Learjet 60 features a full stand-up cabin, allowing more room for additional family members, as well as a lavatory for added convenience.
