The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems will conduct an accreditation site visit of AirCARE1 on December 1st & 2nd 2014. The purpose of the site visit will be to evaluate the program’s compliance with nationally established medical transport standards. The site visit results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which accreditation should be awarded to the program. AirCARE1 is pleased to announce we have received our Blanket Mexican Air Ambulance permit from the government of Mexico. This blanket permit allows AirCARE1 to conduct “at will” air ambulance operations in and out of Mexico. AirCARE1 has worked diligently to obtain a blanket Mexican Air Ambulance permit in order to provide ease of access to patients needing expeditious medical evacuations out of Mexico.
