The first thing to do, is to become listed as a transplant recipient with AirCARE1. Call 877.760.7760 to talk to our flight specialists who will help guide you through this easy process, you will need to be listed out of your home state.

Once listed, our team will send you a welcome letter with all the information you will need for when the call comes in for your transplant. This information includes the number to call to initiate the organ transport flight, the location of the general aviation building at the airport you will need to meet us at, as well as directions on how to get there.

If coming from home, you will meet our flight and medical crew at the airport. Our team will safely board you onto one of our company owned Learjet aircraft, each is equipped with executive quality interiors to provide ultimate safety and comfort.
If you are in the hospital, our team will meet you at the bedside and place you on our custom designed transport stretcher system equipped with state-of the art monitoring equipment for seamless medical care. You will safely be boarded onto one of our company owned Learjet aircraft utilizing our unique loading system.
During your transport, our highly qualified and experienced medical team will continuously monitor your condition to assure your comfort and medical well-being. For added relaxation, each patient is offered noise canceling headsets to listen to soothing music while receiving therapeutic hand massages with aromatherapy to relieve any stress during the organ transplant flight.
